The Movie Review

The power of General Garza (David Zavas) in a country in South America is actually sturdy. By having the military power, Garza oppresses his citizens and also opposes the policies of other countries around him. After the death of an American hostage in the hands of Garza, the government of America has no choice but to create a scenario in order to overthrow Garza’s domination.

Because of ordering troops to the country is not possible, the government of America sends secret troops to stage a coup and set the people in the country free from the oppression which has been running for over twenty years. But the problem is, these force must be really tough because they will not get any help from any party, even their own country.

And now the expectation depends on Barney Ross (Sylvester Stallone),  the leader of The Expendables team. Together with Lee Christmas (Jason Statham), Tool (Mickey Rourke), Bao Thao (Jet Li), Gunnar Jensen (Dolph Lundgren), Hale Caesar (Terry Crews) and Toll Road (Randy Couture), Barney must be able to kill Garza and topple the regime which holds the power.

Unfortunately, this mission isn’t an easy mission. Besides not being helped by U.S. military, There is still a CIA agent named Monroe (Eric Roberts) who apparently doesn’t want the collapse of Garza’s power.
